The HydroSOS team worked with CHMI to reprocess their products into a consistent format for both the map and graphs, and to establish automatic uploads of flow data each day that could be downloaded to keep the portal up to date. Percentile data were calculated by CHMI and formatted into csv files that could be read directly by the demonstrator plotting code. The HydroSOS team developed python code to convert CHMI's percentile data into json format that categorised the points on the map. Similarly to the USGS case study, dependent upon zoom level, more station catchments are displayed based on station area.
